Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) are the steel structures which are fabricated at the factory and assembled at the site using bolted connections. This type of steel structures are used to build:

1. Primary Members
2. Secondary Members
3. Insulation
4. Accessories

1. Primary Members
These are the main frame members and carry major load of the whole building. It consists of various components such as columns, rafters and other supporting members. This complete frame has been bolted by the connecting segments. The frame has been designed according to the latest codes and norms such as  AISC, MBMA, AISI and IS.

2. Secondary Members
It consists of eave strut, c-section, purlins & girts, rod bracing. These are zinc coated and have good yield strength.

3. Insulation
It is done to maintain the temperature inside Pre Engineered Buildings and to reduce the noise pollution as well. There are several insulations like Air bubble, Glass wool, Rock wool. Depending upon type of building insulation used accordingly.

4. Accessories
It consists of Turbovents, Ridge ventilators, Louvers, Polycarbonate sheets. Turbovents, Ridge Ventilators and Louvers are used for exchanging air. Turbovents and Ridge ventilators use to installed at roof while Louvers on the walls of the building. Polycarbonate sheets are used for skylight which can be installed at roof and walls.

Applications
These Pre Engineered Buildings are used in manufacturing Industrial Warehouse building like cold-storage, storage units. These are also used as aircraft hangars, single or multi storey building, parking canopies.
